Daniel Zobkiw is an experienced practitioner of Key Stage 4 and 5. Currently Daniel is responsible for different subject areas, line managing their Subject Leaders within the Creative and Performing Arts Faculty at Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College. Recently Daniel has been appointed as an Associate Assistant Headteacher, and has more responsibility throughout the school.
Daniel is passionate about making a difference to all students. He sees coaching, performance management and effective CPD for staff as important ways of ensuring that pupils get the best education possible. Daniel has put mechanisms in place so that all subject areas, including those outside his music specialism can thrive.
Daniel has coached members of staff, from Department Leaders, through to trainee teachers. He has developed successful observation and feedback strategies on a one-to-one and a team basis. Through this Daniel is able to lead staff through improvements linked to learning and teaching in order to improve results, develop his staff skills set, and to improve the education of the pupils taught by staff in his area.
